Mr. S. has 9 marbles in his pocket; 4 green, 2 red, 2 blue and  1 yellow.  What is the probability of him reaching into his pocket and pulling out a blue marble?  If he puts another blue marble into his pocket.  What is the chance of him now pulling out a blue marble?
